Every time I drive through vernal I have to stop here, best food in all of utah. I recommend the hot sour soup, sechuan chicken and cashew chicken lunch specials. But everything here is so amazing, tender and full of flavor. Sodas are always crisp and served in large cups! Staff is great! Seating is comfortable. Never have I been disappointed

I was surprised at how delicious the food was! There was more tempura the plate in the photo I am posting but it looks so tasty that I had to dig in before taking a picture. The Crunchyroll was our favorite! I wish there would have been a little bit more sauce given with the tempura but I would return again for sure.
We love this place. Everything we've had so far has been fantastic. Food is great, hot, and fresh. Service has always been great. They have fantastic options for everyone. I'm told their sushi is the best around. I dont think there's anything bad I could say. Highly recommended.

This was my first time eating here and it was fantastic. I ordered the Mongolian Beef and it was amazing. The building is clean and well kept. It feels nice to be here. I definitely will be returning in the future.

Nice little treasure to find in Vernal Utah while on a quick road trip. We were traveling with a vegan, a vegetarian and an omnivore. All of us were able to eat and eat well here! Good enough we actually returned on a three day visit! Great value, excellent food. Definitely will go again if I am in the area!
Such a lovely hidden gem right on Main Street in Vernal! The second you walk through the doors, the space feels so cozy, warm, and welcoming—soft lighting and comfortable seating that immediately puts you at ease. It’s easily my new favorite spot for casual lunch catch-ups with friends and relaxed full family dinners alike. I was sitting close to a table with a little kid celebrating their birthday, and I loved how the staff went all out with their special birthday treat. They brought out a fun little dessert with a candle, sang, and made the kid light up with joy—such a thoughtful, sweet touch you don’t see everywhere. It really shows how much they care about their guests, especially families with little ones. They serve both lunch and full dinner service, and the menu has tons of classic Chinese dishes plus fresh sushi to pick from. They also have few vegetarian dishes. Service was quick and friendly, portions are generous, and the atmosphere never feels rushed even when it’s busy. Whether you’re stopping by for a midday meal or a night out with the whole crew, Jade Lion hits every mark. 10/10 will absolutely be coming back!
Good food, friendly staff. We got our food and all refills so quickly, never being left needing anything that was not already noticed. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
